In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.
Boys & Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.
The Bailey community now has a Boys and Girls club! It is located in Friendship Ranch at Deer Creek Christian camp. There is a beautiful lodge and indoor gymnasium complete with billiards, ping pong, Foosball, Wii and board games. There is a 6 hole disk golf course, baseball field, sand volleyball court and tubing run (for winter of course)! There is a fire pit that we roast marsh-mellows in on Friday's. We conduct daily programs promoting "Smart Moves" for kids and teens. These programs help kids think smartly about situations that may occur in their lives. They will learn to make good healthy choices.
We are open 3:00 PM until 6:45 PM every school day. We are not open when the schools are closed. Membership is free for the fall. If your child needs transportation, send a note saying he/she needs to ride bus #4 to Boys and Girls club. When you pick up your child, you can fill out the necessary paperwork. Questions?
